48.7. If a public holiday falls on a day that is not regularly worked by a part-time employee, the worker is not entitled to payment for that day. 48.6. If a public holiday falls on the weekend and a replacement day is fixed, workers who are required to work both days are entitled to the corresponding overtime rate to be paid in accordance with clause 25 of this Agreement. Eligible staff members are entitled to additional personal leave and may be granted two separate credits: (c) proposals for part-time work may be initiated by the Director of the Agency for professional reasons or by a staff member for personal reasons. A full-time worker will not be transformed into a part-time basis without the worker`s written consent, as set out in this clause. 41.3. Workers who adopt or care for a child under the age of 16 are entitled to leave on the same basis as the Commonwealth Employment Act 1973 and clauses 41.1 and 41.2.
